I Do & Dash – $75
A Simple Way to Say “I Do”
Whether you’re planning a courthouse alternative, a private legal ceremony, or simply want to be married without all the extras, the I Do & Dash package focuses on what matters most – your commitment to one another.
We’ll meet briefly along with your witnesses to review the details, complete the legal requirements, exchange a simple declaration of intent, and sign the marriage license. No stress, no pressure, and no complicated planning.
Perfect for couples who want to be married without the fuss or a ceremony.
This package is limited to 15 miles of Troy, Michigan. Additional travel charges may apply.
Simple Wedding Ceremony – $149!
A Beautiful Ceremony Without the Extras
For couples who want something more than a quick legal signing, but don’t need a fully customized ceremony, the Simple Wedding Ceremony package keeps things meaningful, affordable, and stress-free.
This package includes a warm, professional ceremony with standard vows, a ring exchange if desired, and marriage license signing.
No love story. No rehearsal. No complicated planning. Just a simple, heartfelt ceremony focused on the two of you.
Optional enhancements such as rehearsal attendance, travel, sand ceremony, unity candle, or other ceremony additions may be added for an additional fee.

Together, we’ll create a personalized ceremony that celebrates your journey, your values, and the promises you’re making to one another. Whether you envision something traditional, modern, Christian, non-denominational, or completely your own, we’ll work together to create a ceremony that feels authentic and meaningful.
From your first consultation through your wedding day, my goal is to help you feel supported, prepared, and fully present as you begin this new chapter together.
This package is ideal for couples who want a personal, memorable ceremony surrounded by the people they love most.
Optional Services & Enhancements
Premarital Guidance – $99 per 1 hour session
For couples who would like additional time to discuss communication, expectations, conflict resolution, faith, family, and building a strong foundation for marriage.
Unity & Ceremony Elements – $25
Add meaningful ceremony elements such as a handfasting, unity candle, sand, rose, broom or wedding box ceremony, family blessing, or other special traditions. Please Note: Couples are responsible for providing any items needed for optional ceremony enhancements.
Expedited Scheduling – $25
For weddings booked less than 15 days before the ceremony date. This helps cover the additional planning, scheduling, and preparation required for short-notice weddings.
Travel Beyond Service Area
Ceremonies within 15 miles of Troy are included. Ceremonies beyond our travel area will incur a $1 per mile travel charge computed on round trip.

Do you officiate same-sex marriages?
Yes, absolutely. I’m proud to serve couples of all backgrounds, identities, and orientations with warmth, dignity, and respect.
Do you perform both religious and non-denominational ceremonies?
Yes. I perform Christian, non-denominational, and civil ceremonies and will work with you to create a ceremony that reflects your beliefs, values, and preferences. Whether you’d like prayer and scripture, a simple non-denominational ceremony, or a completely secular service, your ceremony will be personalized to fit your vision for the day.
Can we write our own vows and customize the ceremony?
Absolutely. Every ceremony is personalized. You’re welcome to write your own vows, use traditional, modern, or Christian vows, or combine the two. We can also incorporate readings, family participation, cultural traditions, unity ceremonies, religious elements, military traditions, and other meaningful touches that reflect your relationship and story.
What if we’re not sure what we want?
That’s perfectly okay. Many couples know they want something meaningful but aren’t sure exactly what that looks like. During our planning meetings, we’ll talk about your relationship, your preferences, and what’s important to you. Together, we’ll create a ceremony that feels authentic, comfortable, and uniquely yours.
What happens during our planning meeting?
It’s a relaxed conversation where we get to know each other, talk about your relationship and vision for the ceremony, review options, and discuss any special traditions, readings, or personal touches you’d like to include. My goal is to create a ceremony that feels natural, meaningful, and true to who you are as a couple.
Do we need to have a rehearsal? Will you attend?
A rehearsal is not required, but many couples find it helpful, especially for larger weddings or ceremonies with multiple participants. If you choose to have a rehearsal, my attendance and participation is included with all wedding packages.
How far in advance should we book?
I recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date. That said, I understand life sometimes moves quickly, and I do my best to accommodate shorter timelines when my schedule allows.
Do you travel for ceremonies?
Yes. I serve couples throughout Southeast Michigan and Northern Ohio. My standard service area includes locations within 20 miles of Troy, Michigan. If your ceremony is outside that area, including destination weddings, I’d be happy to discuss travel arrangements and provide a customized quote.
What happens if it rains?
If your ceremony is planned outdoors, I strongly recommend having a backup plan in place. This may include an indoor space, tent, pavilion, or alternate location. We’ll review any weather contingency plans before your wedding day so everyone feels prepared.
What is required to get married in Michigan?
Before your ceremony, you’ll need a valid marriage license from your county clerk’s office.
